Welcome to Pila Pasák a.s, a trusted name in wood processing and timber production, proudly located in Planá nad Lužnicí, Czech Republic (391 11).
Our Story
Our roots trace back to 1880, when the sawmill in Planá nad Lužnicí was originally owned by Mrs. Marie Valášková under the name Parní pila a impregnation station. Over the decades, the business evolved and continued to grow through changing generations and ownership.
In 1993, the company Pasák spol. s r.o. was established, continuing the legacy of wood processing in the region. Then, in 1998, Pila Pasák a.s was formed, taking over operations and advancing the sawmill into a modern, efficient, and customer-focused wood production company.

At Pila Pasák a.s., we specialize in the processing of coniferous logs and sawn timber, with an annual capacity of approximately 35,000 cubic meters of debarked logs. Our production process ensures maximum utilization of raw materials and a consistent supply of high-quality wood products.

About 90% of our sawn timber is processed internally in our joinery production and pallet manufacturing, while the remaining portion is sold directly to customers and partners.
