Send dimensions and technical requirements
For pallets, include overall dimensions, deck-board arrangement, load requirement, new or reconditioned preference and any treatment or marking requirements. For timber, state species, dimensions, moisture, surface finish and grade where applicable.
Use drawings for bespoke work
A simple dimensioned drawing can prevent misunderstandings on custom pallets, crates and processed timber products. Attach drawings or photographs when the required construction is not standard.
Explain the delivery environment
Include the required quantity, delivery location, unloading method and schedule. These details help determine whether the request should be packed as pallets, bundles, truckloads or another suitable format.
